- Commercial and high-rise excavation, Demolition and concrete removal
TriCity Plumbing needed to reach plumbing deep under the floor of a commercial building. PCE excavated 4 m deep, working underneath walls and between three separate units.
The floor was saw-cut and broken out, a compact excavator worked inside the building, the hole was shored as it went down, and spoil left through the bay door in bins and on trucks. Once the plumbers were done the excavation was backfilled and compacted ready for the new slab.
Indoor and limited-access digging
Small machines, careful shoring and a clean route in and out let a deep repair happen without taking a building apart.
