In 2021 a wildfire destroyed most of the village of Lytton in the Fraser Canyon. Working together with Matcon Environmental Ltd., PCE has carried out environmental cleanup and restoration in the village.
Fire debris is not ordinary demolition waste. Ash, burned vehicles, metal and foundations have to be removed in a controlled way, loaded for proper disposal and the site left ready for rebuilding.
