This environmental cleanup was carried out for Matcon Environmental Ltd. for First Nations in the Lillooet area. The work involved recovering old, rusted and burned-out vehicles and debris from hillside sites above the river and loading them out for disposal.
Steep, loose ground and a river below mean every pick is planned. The excavator does the reaching; trucks take the loads away.
