PCE operated an ocean disposal facility for Matcon Excavation and Shoring. Dump trucks tipped at the dock and PCE’s large excavators loaded the material onto barges moored alongside.
A disposal dock is a production operation: steady truck turnaround, even loading of the barge, and no spills over the edge. It is the same high-volume material handling that bulk excavation jobs need on the other end.
